Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how All Revere, LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with allrevere.ai and related services (the "Service"). This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users age 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at hello@allrevere.ai and we will delete it.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account Registration. When you register for a Premium subscription, we collect your full name and email address. You may optionally provide additional information, which is never required.
• Socialism Submissions. Socialism Submissions are anonymous by default. You may optionally provide your name, email, or other contact information. Providing this information is always your choice.
• Newsletter Signup. If you sign up for our newsletter, whether through a standalone signup form or by opting in while submitting through Socialism Submissions, we collect your email address, and any other information you choose to provide, to send you newsletter content and related updates.
• Payment Information. If you subscribe to Premium, payment is processed entirely by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. All Revere does not receive, process, or store your full payment card or financial account information. Stripe handles this directly under its own privacy and security practices.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• We use Google Analytics to collect standard usage data such as pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and referring pages, via cookies and similar technologies.
• We do not currently use advertising networks or ad-tracking technologies on the Service. If this changes, we will update this Policy accordingly.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including Premium subscription features;
• Process payments (via Stripe) and manage subscriptions and billing;
• Verify and, where appropriate, act on Socialism Submissions;
• Send account-related communications, and, only if you opt in, newsletters or other updates;
• Monitor, analyze, and improve the Service using aggregated or anonymized analytics;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies via Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect certain functionality. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or trackers. If our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technology changes, we will update this section.

6. Socialism Submissions, Specific Privacy Practices

We recognize that Socialism Submissions may be sensitive. Specifically:

• Anonymous by Default. You are not required to provide any identifying information to submit a tip.
• Confidentiality. If you choose to provide identifying information, we do not sell or share it with third parties, except as described in Section 7 below (such as compliance with legal process).
• Verification and Internal Records. Submitted tips are reviewed and verified before being incorporated into our internal research records, along with the source used to verify them. This internal record is not publicly accessible.
• AI-Assisted Review. We may use artificial intelligence tools to help review, summarize, or analyze the substance of a submitted tip. Contact information you provide, such as your name or email address, is not sent to those tools. Only the substantive content of the tip itself is used for this purpose.
• No Guarantee of Anonymity Protection From Legal Process. While we do not voluntarily share tipster information, we make no promise or guarantee regarding protection from retaliation, or that your information could never be disclosed if we are compelled to do so by valid legal process (see Section 7.3). If you have concerns about legal exposure, please consult an attorney before submitting a tip.

7. How We Share Information

7.1 Service Providers. We share limited information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:

These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us, and are contractually or by policy restricted from using it for other purposes.

7.2 No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7.3 Legal Disclosures. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect the safety of others, or investigate fraud or abuse.

7.4 Business Transfers. If All Revere is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

8. Data Retention

We retain account and Socialism Submissions information indefinitely unless you request that we delete it. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@allrevere.ai, and we will delete your information from our active systems except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• Access/Deletion. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@allrevere.ai.
• Marketing Communications. You may unsubscribe from newsletters or marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails.
• Cookies. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We do not currently have significant traffic from outside the United States, and this Policy is written primarily with U.S. users in mind. If you are located outside the United States, please note that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your home jurisdiction. If our international user base grows meaningfully, we will update this Policy to address region-specific rights (e.g., GDPR or similar frameworks).

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Shared Reports

Premium subscribers may capture and share reports, and certain public-page reports may be made available for any visitor to share, as described in our Terms of Service. Any report shared using this functionality is public and can be viewed by anyone who receives, discovers, or is sent the resulting link, whether or not that person has an account. Do not share a report if you do not want its content, or the fact that you shared it, to be publicly accessible. This Policy does not govern how a third party who views a shared link subsequently uses or further distributes it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Service contains links to third-party websites, articles, and organizations. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
