1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at allrevere.ai, including all content, features, tools, and services offered on or through it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by All Revere, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business in Florida ("All Revere," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

All Revere operates an AI-assisted civic research platform. The Service is designed to identify and publish sourced, cited information about:

• Declared or currently serving candidates for public office, drawn from their own public campaign materials, official platforms, and publicly available affiliated-organization websites (such as the Democratic Socialists of America);
• Local chapters and organizations, limited to entities with a public website;
• News and media outlets, presented as a headline, our own original editorial commentary, and a link to the original source.

All Revere does not reproduce full articles, source website content, or third-party images, graphics, or photography. Our commentary and analysis reflect our own editorial voice and point of view, and may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools.

The Service is offered in two tiers:

• Free Access. Anyone may browse and search the Service without creating an account. Certain public-page reports may also be shared publicly without an account, at our discretion, as described in Section 6.3.
• Premium Subscription. Registered, paying subscribers may additionally capture reports and share captured reports publicly using our built-in copy/share functionality, as described in Section 6.3.

3. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

4. Editorial Content, Opinion, and AI-Assisted Analysis

4.1 Opinion, Not Fact. All commentary, analysis, characterizations, and conclusions published on the Service, including any characterization of a candidate, chapter, organization, or media outlet as "socialist" or aligned with a particular ideology or movement, reflect All Revere's editorial opinion and point of view. Such characterizations are based on, and intended to fairly reflect, the subject's own public self-description, stated platform, publicly disclosed endorsements, or publicly stated policy positions, as cited in each entry.

4.2 No Guarantee of Neutrality, Completeness, or Accuracy. All Revere is an advocacy-driven civic research publication. We do not claim or guarantee neutrality, objectivity, comprehensiveness, or freedom from error in our commentary or analysis. Content may be generated in whole or in part using artificial intelligence tools, which can make mistakes.

4.3 Not Legal Advice; Not an Official Determination. References to the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or "founding principles" are editorial and educational in nature. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal advice, a legal opinion, or an official adjudication that any law, policy, or action is unconstitutional. Readers should consult a qualified attorney or appropriate authority for legal questions.

4.4 No Endorsement or Affiliation. Links to third-party websites, source articles, or organizations do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by or with All Revere, and vice versa. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.

4.5 Correction and Dispute Process. If you are a candidate, chapter, organization, or media outlet featured on the Service and believe an entry about you is inaccurate or improperly sourced, you may request a correction or removal by contacting us at hello@allrevere.ai. We will review good-faith correction requests and update or remove entries we determine, in our discretion, to be inaccurate or improperly sourced.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content. All original commentary, editorial analysis, site design, graphics, logos, and other original content created by or for All Revere (collectively, "Our Content") is owned by All Revere, LLC, to the fullest extent ownership is permitted by applicable law. Some Our Content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools; to the extent copyright protection is unavailable for AI-generated material under applicable law, All Revere claims and reserves all rights, title, and interest it is legally able to hold, and separately relies on these Terms as a contractual restriction on unauthorized use.

5.2 Restrictions. Except as expressly permitted by the share functionality described in Section 6, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, data-mine, frame, or create derivative works from Our Content without our prior written consent.

5.3 Third-Party Material. All Revere does not claim ownership over third-party headlines, article text, or images referenced or linked to on the Service. Headlines and brief citations are used for identification and commentary purposes only.

5.4 Trademarks. "All Revere," "AllRevere.ai," and associated logos are trademarks of All Revere, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

6. Accounts and Premium Subscriptions

6.1 Account Registration. Basic use of the Service does not require an account. To access Premium features, you must register an account and provide a full name and email address; certain additional information is optional.

6.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6.3 Capture & Share. Capturing a report and sharing a captured report are Premium features, available only to registered, paying subscribers. Separately, we may make certain public-page reports available for any visitor to share publicly, whether or not that visitor has an account. Which reports are made shareable in this way is determined by us at our sole discretion and may be changed, expanded, or discontinued at any time without requiring an amendment to these Terms.

Shared reports are public. Any report you capture and share, and any public-page report shared using our share functionality, may be viewed by anyone who receives, discovers, or is sent the resulting link, regardless of whether the person who shared it has an account. Do not share a report if you do not want its content to be publicly accessible.

You are solely responsible for how and where you share any report, and for ensuring your use complies with these Terms and applicable law. You may not alter Our Content to misrepresent its sourcing or substance when sharing it.

6.4 Billing. Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the then-current price until cancelled. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. All Revere does not receive or store your full payment card information.

6.4.1 Free Trial. We may offer a 7-day free trial of Premium to new subscribers at our discretion. To start a trial, you must provide a valid payment method at signup. No charge is applied during the 7-day trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription on day 7 and your payment method will be charged for the first billing period at the then-current price, and will continue to be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Free trials are limited to one per customer, and we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue trial availability at any time. Stripe may also send you reminder emails about your trial ending; Stripe's duplicate-trial prevention may block attempts to start a second trial.

6.5 No Refunds. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial-period fees, except where required by applicable law. All sales are final.

6.6 Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features through the end of your then-current paid billing period, after which your subscription will not renew and Premium access will end.

7. Socialism Submissions

7.1 Voluntary Submission. All Revere provides "Socialism Submissions" through which users may submit information for potential research or investigation. Submission is optional and at your own discretion.

7.2 Anonymity Option. By default, Socialism Submissions are anonymous. You may optionally provide your name, email, or other contact information, for example to receive newsletters or follow-up communication, but you are never required to do so.

7.3 Confidentiality Commitment. Whether or not you choose to provide contact information, we do not sell or share your Socialism Submissions or any identifying information you provide with third parties, except as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, to comply with legal process) or as necessary to operate Socialism Submissions itself.

7.4 Verification. Submitted tips are reviewed and verified before being incorporated into our internal research records, together with the verifying source. Unverified tips are not published or acted upon as fact.

7.5 AI-Assisted Review. We may use artificial intelligence tools to help review, summarize, or analyze the substance of a submitted tip. When we do, contact information you provide, such as your name or email address, is not sent to those tools. Only the substantive content of the tip itself is used for this purpose.

7.6 No Guarantee of Retaliation Protection. All Revere makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding protection from retaliation, exposure, or any other consequence that may result from submitting a tip, whether or not you provide identifying information. You should not rely on submission to Socialism Submissions to provide any legal protection or immunity, and you submit information at your own risk. If you are concerned about legal exposure or retaliation, you should consult an attorney before submitting information.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Submit false, knowingly misleading, or bad-faith information via Socialism Submissions or any other feature;
• Harass, threaten, defame, or incite violence against any individual or organization, including those featured on the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal, individual use of publicly available pages;
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security or proper functioning of the Service;
• Use Our Content in a way that falsely attributes statements or positions to All Revere or any third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates this Section.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL COMMENTARY, ANALYSIS, AND CHARACTERIZATIONS ON THE SERVICE REFLECT EDITORIAL OPINION AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON SUCH CONTENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL REVERE, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All Revere, LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any content or Socialism Submissions you provide; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States and governed by U.S. and Florida law. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate, legal, or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, including laws regarding political content, speech, or data protection that may differ from U.S. law.

13. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13.2 Binding Arbitration. Except for claims that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in Florida, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (e.g., the American Arbitration Association) then in effect. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

13.3 Class Action Waiver. You and All Revere agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13.4 Venue. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or All Revere. You may stop using the Service, or cancel your subscription as described in Section 6, at any time.

15. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

All Revere respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the information required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent at:

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Revere regarding the Service.

17.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17.3 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

17.4 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
